A formidable sportsman, he once trialled to play for The Harlequins Rugby Club and played for both the Royal Air Force Rugby and Cricket Teams.
After his life changing aerial accident, he rejoined the Royal Air Force and flew in the Battle of Britain, commanding 'The Big Wing' before being shot down and imprisoned in the now infamous Colditz Castle.

Our Jerseys are 100% ringspun cotton, with woven collar and twin needle stitching on hems.
