The Edward Cap
The Edward Cap is the first in a new line of traditional flat caps from Stanley Biggs Clothiers.
Made exclusively for us in Derbyshire by Cheetham Caps, the Edward is handmade to an original
1930s pattern, with authentic details and all-natural materials.
The cap takes its name from contemporary 1920s and 1930s fashion icon Edward, Prince of Wales.
Made from all British tweed, woven with a mix of greens, reds, and browns, the fabric has been
carefully selected for its timeless but unique appearance. The colours blend superbly, allowing it to
be worn with effortless versatility in both town and country.
The lining is printed 100% cotton, hand-stitched into the crown, and chosen to ensure this Stanley
Biggs cap is distinctive to our brand, but sympathetic to a bygone age.
The cap comes in an up-cycled cotton dust bag to keep your cap safe.
This cap is made with every care, using exacting British craftsmanship and experience, capturing all
the details of an original 1930s cap.
Swatches of the tweed can be provided – please drop us an email.
