Recommended by The Telegraph as 'the most authentic rugby shirt.'
The Alfred Jersey, in a burgundy and stone quartered design, is named after Alfred Clunies-Ross; the first non-white Rugby Union international player. He represented Scotland in the first international rugby match in 1871.
Interestingly, he would have played against Benjamin Burns, whom our Burns jersey is named after.
The Alfred Jersey is made here in England, and is designed to be played in, so is the most authentic jersey out there.
The embroidered Biggs fox is slightly larger in design than the other jerseys; making it a little more authentic to the emblems that adorned team jerseys in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The fit of our jerseys are loose and a little over-sized. So our shirts measure 2" inches more than what is on the label. ie. 38/40" is fit. True size is 42".
If you would like a smaller fit,opt for the next size down. Ie. 34/36" would be 38" chest.
